Nieves Franco was very special to so many and lived a long wonderful life. He was a hard worker and a great provider for his entire family. He worked at Getty, then Texaco as a lease operator in the oilfields. His hard work paid off, allowing him to provide a wonderful life and great memories for his children, grand children and even great grandchildren. He was always there for anyone who needed anything.
Nieves enjoyed playing golf, woodwork, traveling, camping, fishing, biking, hiking and spending time with his compas.
He fought hard until the very end and it’s showed the kind of man he truly was. He was surrounded by all of his loving family until his final moments. We know he is now at peace and reunited with his late wife, Juanita who he missed deeply. We all miss you and love you.
